People
Residence is a Architectural and Design practice which was established by Connor Cunningham in 2023. We are a small, proactive team of architects and designers dedicated to turning your vision into reality. Our team combines creativity, technical expertise, and a personalised approach to create spaces that not only meet your needs but also exceed your expectations.
Connor has worked in residential architecture for over 12 years working at award winning practices in London, Manchester, and Winchester. During this time he has experienced a diverse mix of projects across all stages of development. Single bespoke family homes and multi plot developments have been taken from initial briefing, through planning and on to completion and occupation. This range of projects and clients has fostered a passion for residential design and the practice of creating homes for people. Homes that are tailored to each family, household and character as well as the context in which they reside.
This passion led to the formation of Residence, a practice built around delivering projects for people.
